If you need to cancel your flight, you can do so through your account on our website or by contacting our support team. The refund amount will depend on the type of ticket purchased and the timing of the cancellation:
Some tickets may not qualify for cancellation or refund. Additionally, airline-imposed fees are non-refundable, and modifications to your ticket may result in additional charges.
If the airline cancels your flight, you may be eligible for a refund. If cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours in advance, a 100% refund will be issued. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the airline’s policies, and our team can assist in facilitating the process.
Our service fees related to travel bookings are non-refundable. Refunds rely on suppliers, and processing may take 60-90 days after approval. Airlines and suppliers generally charge penalties for refund processing.
Refund fees apply per ticket, per traveler and will only be assessed if a refund is authorized or a waiver is granted by the airline/supplier. If the supplier does not process the refund, any service fees we charged for the original booking remain non-refundable, but any refund processing fees we charged will be reimbursed.
